Our position
A measured approach to gold.
Gold attracts more unverified offers than any other commodity. We treat it accordingly. Lunar World of Mines considers gold opportunities — doré, refined bullion and gold-bearing concentrates — only when the party bringing them can document ownership or representation, lawful origin and a compliant route to market.
We do not publish gold inventory, allocations, mine access or supply claims. Any specific opportunity is discussed privately, and only after it has been substantiated.
What we require
Before any gold opportunity moves forward.
Ownership or authorized representation
Title to the material, or a verifiable mandate from the owner.
Provenance and chain of custody
Where the gold was mined or recovered, and every hand it passed through.
Permits and export authorization
Mining rights, environmental permits and the licenses required to export.
Independent assay
Assay results from a recognized laboratory or refinery.
Counterparty and sanctions screening
KYC on every party and screening against applicable sanctions lists.
Refinery acceptance
A route to a refinery that applies responsible-gold due diligence.
Reference frameworks
Aligned with recognized guidance.
- OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas
- Refinery responsible-gold programmes, such as the LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance
- U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions programmes, including Venezuela-related sanctions
- Anti-money-laundering and anti-bribery laws that apply to each party
