Our standards

What we check on every opportunity.

Minerals move through long, international supply chains. We apply the same checks to every buyer, seller and project, and we are prepared to walk away when the evidence is not there.

Know the counterparty

Identity, ownership, authority and reputation of every company and individual in a transaction, including end buyers and beneficial owners.

Provenance and chain of custody

Documented origin of the material and each transfer between mine, plant, warehouse, port and buyer.

Permits and legal standing

Valid mining rights, environmental permits and export authorizations for the material offered.

Sanctions and export controls

Screening against U.S. OFAC and other applicable sanctions and export-control regimes, rechecked as rules change.

Anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering

No improper payments, transparent commissions and payment flows through regulated banks.

Environmental and social considerations

Preference for operations that hold environmental permits and respect workers and local communities.

Reference framework

Guided by the OECD five-step approach.

The OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals sets out a widely used, risk-based framework. We use it as a reference for how we assess and respond to supply-chain risk.

  • Establish strong management systems
  • Identify and assess risks in the supply chain
  • Design and implement a strategy to respond to identified risks
  • Support independent third-party audits where relevant
  • Report on supply-chain due diligence

References to external frameworks are provided for context and do not imply certification, membership or endorsement.

Our commitments

Honest information, stated plainly.

  • We publish quantities, prices, origin, allocations, rights or delivery terms only when verified and authorized.
  • We label illustrative images as illustrative.
  • We state our role — sourcing, marketing, introducing parties or transaction support — on every product and project.
  • We decline opportunities that cannot be substantiated or carried out lawfully.

Commercial contact

Let’s build the next transaction.

Qualified buyers and strategic partners are invited to submit a complete commercial inquiry. Include product, specification, volume, destination and timing.
